James and Niki Mai James Mai, Jim Win Ethan James Mai Niki Mai James Mai has a fake non profit and scams donors Irvine CA

James and Niki Mai reside at (((REDACTED))) in Irvine California. This is also the address they used and their public filings with the Secretary of State. James claims to be a philanthropist and a servant of the community.

The true story is that he commits hate crimes against Hindu own businesses and viciously doxxes and threatens witnesses. James and Niki have been operating a scam that they call a non-profit #AAPIUnited and tell donors is the donations or tax deductible. IN REALITY DONATIONS ARE NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO REGISTER WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. 

It was horrifying coming on here and seeing some of the prior reports made and the rebuttals by anonymous commenters who seem to be James Mai himself. Note he also goes by Ethan James Mai. 

James and Niki Mai have bilked donors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars possibly as much as a half a million dollars please contact the Irvine Police department if you donated to them and wish to get a refund. 949-724-7000 is the number to IPD. 

I ALSO WANT TO KNOW THAT I'M NOT THE LADY WHO REPORTED MAI FOR COMMITTING HATE CRIMES. MAI AMD HIS WIFE HAVE GONE AND CREATED MULTIPLE ANONYMOUS ACCOUNTS ONLINE DOXING HER AND CREATING FAKE PROFILES IN HER NAME FALSELY STATING SHE IS A FUGITIVE SHE IS IN FACT NOT. SHE IS A COURAGEOUS WOMAN WHO REPORTED THIS TERRORIST TO BOTH THE FBI AND THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.
