I bought a Rado watch from the company that they advertized to be Manaual Winding. When I received the watch I wound it but It Did Not Work. I reached out to the company and made a complaint. they responded that the watch required a Battery and that I should buy from them. I asked the company for a refund and that I should just return the watch but they just ignored my request. I also contacted Ebay to get a resolution but Ebay also ignored my letter.
