I contracted Jason Speier to build my family four cabins.

We paid a deposit of $250,000 and after Jason had the grading done, we never heard from him again. He is currently under investigation by the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office, The District Attorney of Buncombe Co., the SBI, and the FBI.

His employees, particularly his lifelong friend, lover, and VP marketing and sales, Richard Parton of Candler, NC knew what was going on.

Everyone that worked at Kabens, including their sales people used deceptive sales practices and hard sell tactics because Jason paid good commissions, but the customers never received anything.

Here's What You're Telling The World...If This Is True...

AUTHOR: Irv - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, January 19, 2024

Without batting an eyelash, YOU gave them this large a out of money IN ADVANCE of them lifting a finger. Smart, real smart! YOU didn't deposit this money into an escrow account. YOU didn't have your own attorney review the contract. YOU didn't have your own attorney investigate this business in.advance to determine financial reputation, credit worthiness, lien history or other legal issues. YOU didn't have your own attorney discuss with you an action plan for breach of contract on their part. Without even exercising a thimble size of financial common sense, you move forward with this. Of course, this may not even be a valid complaint. This could be your attempt to spread false information for ulterior motives. Of course, you don't even mention what legal steps you are taking. Either you are the leader of the epidemic of gross lack of common sense or this is untrue.
