In 2014 the Swiss Gemological Institute SSEF issued a certificate of participation to JEFFERY BERGMAN PRIMAGEM BANGKOK, THAILAND declaring participation in the "SSEF Basic Training Course in gemology" at the Swiss Gemological Institute SSEF in Basel, again defined by the SSEF as a course of introduction Basic NOT PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFYING.

It was very funny to see Jeffery Bergman desperately trying to restore his image by publishing simple SSEF letters that do not restore all the Falsehoods that have been stated for years, leading to his image losing credibility in the gemology industry.

LinkedIn on 07 September 2023 proceeds again by eliminating two more defamations, already in the month of May 2023 LinkedIn had already eliminated two other defamations of Jeffery Bergman the Fake Gemologist who falsely declared to be Qualified since 2015.

Aster being unmasked he seeks his revenge by trying to discredit and intimidate people who, respecting the law, lodged complaints against him at the police headquarters in South America, Europe and Thailand.

In August and September 2023, further complaints were presented to Jeffery Bergman, where facts emerged that will worsen his position, because Jeffery Bergman was cited before the Court in Thailand, where he will explain the following to the judge:

- Defamation, Disclosure and Production of False Documentation

Additionally, the Judge will be informed of the False Credentials used by Jeffery Bergman since 2015 by posing as a Qualified Gemologist, obtaining illicit Accreditations, and producing fraudulent appraisals and valuations using False Credentials.

Evidence has been filed with the police which shows the serious conspiracy organized by Jeffery Bergman who uses mutual friends to put pressure on associations and gemology institutions who agree with suggestions such as acting by seeking strategies to create harmful situations for inconvenient people.

All this information was released by Dr. Bagaini GIA AJP-PG who adds "there are currently more than fifteen complaints filed against Jeffery Bergman the Fake Gemologist".

Although AGA Accredited Gemologists Association (Teri Brossmer and Antoinette Matlins, friend of Fake Gemologist Jeffery Bergman ) had been informed of the False Qualifications (SSEF SGC ) they issued Second False Accreditation (SSEF BGC & BDC ) believing the statements of Jeffery Bergman the Fake Gemologist.

The seriousness is that for the second time the False Gemologist Jeffery Bergman used these NON Qualifying Acronyms after his name, thus also creating a False image towards the consumer who believes he is dealing with a Qualified Professional.

Our courses are 1-2 week intense short courses. Certain courses such as the BDC or BGC have exams at the end of the course. The courses will give you an extensive overview and practical experience with regards to gemmological training. These introductory courses serve as an ideal introduction to gemmology and gem testing. They will provide you with basic understanding of gems and how they can be tested, so that you can continue your career afterwards. However, they are not professionally qualifying and they are not credentials that can be used behind one's name.

We are issuing this comment to inform of a smear campaign we are currently seeing across the internet and social media, which could potentially affect other members of the gem industry as well, who lend support to False Gemologist Jeffery Bergman.
The defamatory campaign carried out by the False Gemologist Jeffery Bergman and aimed at people who presented a regular complaint to the Police Headquarters, denouncing Jeffery Bergman for his False Qualifications, his False Accreditations, his Fraudulent appraisals and evaluations where he Falsely declared to be Qualified .
