Jose Eduardo Quezada approached me in a tennis club to offer me credit card processing services from the U.S to Latinamerican countries bragging about  nonexistent business contacts. He shows himself as expert IT and computer engineer   in order to lure his victims. He lured me into investing money in his big expenses first with the excuse that he has been scammed by an accountant. I then found out he was the one that defrauded this Houston accountant with 280,000 dollars stollen for a period of 4 years. He is an illegal immigrant from Ecuador with no legal authorization to work in the United States, but he showed me fake IT contracts with Wolkswagen Houston and with Ross stores in order to show me he can generate millions in order to convince me to invest with him in these fruitful projects. He falsified lots of documents with photoshop and faked signatures which I believe were true so I kept giving him money to cover the expenses for these projects, which were inexistent. I then learned he was using my tenths of thousands of dollars in paying his daughther University !

He then convinced me to invest in luxury cars sold in auction, I sent him thousands and thousands of dollars for the purchases that were also nonexistent. All he says are lies. He also called me one day telling me he was detained in a Houston prison and asked me for thousands of dollars for his parole and lawyers fees. He posed as a lawyer and emailed me faked emails from this nonexistent lawyer. I wired him money again because I wanted the million dollar projects to keep alive and ongoing. He was never ever detained. That money he sent it to a businessman in Ecuador to make a deal with a bank in Ecuador but I alerted him and the bank and nothing went through. I had to sell my house while waiting for his businesses to come through and because all were lies, I ended up homeless and losing $130,000 dollars, all my savings. I almost commited suicide. I alert anyone in Texas DO NOT EVEN TALK TO JOSE QUEZADA PATINO, he is a scammer, a pathological lier and even accuses you of everything HE DOES TO VICTIMS. He scammed another accountant too in Houston by asking him for money in exchange for a vehicle as collateral and that vehicle never existed. He also posed as being mugged and robbed and had medical expenses due to his injuries. I send him money for medical bills and I then found out nobody ever robbed him. He scammed me with hotel bills that never happened. He is very good convincing you and manipulating you later. He doesnt have the knowledge he says he has in IT, credit card processing, contacts, etc.
