The Management in charge of the Annuity Purchasing Program (APP), Kristen DeSantis and Rebecca DiValerio, are irrational, devious, prejudiced, pathological liars, who both violate employment laws, just one of the numerous types of criminal actions committed by these two hate filled individuals. They hide their clearly obvious age discrimination, religious discrimination, and their extremely vicious personalities that they demonstrate behind the scenes and privately with employees, thinking that they are smarter than them, but they are careless in their incorrect judgment. Perceptive employees can see right through their psychopathic motives, which are outright despicable besides also being highly illegal.

That same Management of the Annuity Purchasing Program (APP), Kristen DeSantis and Rebecca DiValerio, also take advantage of younger handicapped people as well as older people who are ill and not in shape at this point to make logical decisions in managing their money. They are cheating them, which should absolutely no question be investigated for criminal activity as well.

But nobody of any authority at JG Wentworth appears to care in the slightest and never holds them accountable. The highest level of Management, the CEO of JG Wentworth, Randi Sellari, as well as Bill Schwartz and David Progin in Human Resources, who are the two top ranked in that division of the company, are unethical criminals themselves. Employees are treated with a terrible lack of respect and it is obvious that nobody in any Management capacity could care less about them. They are treated like disposable robots, even if they are benefitting the company by exceeding their quotas.

That same attitude that shows total disregard of employees is even more so reflected in their obsessive greed in demonstrating a greater total disregard for customers, taking advantage of desperate people in their business model, where they are outright swindling those who in the large majority of cases are not of sound mind and badly rip them off, preying on their desperate financial situations.

What they offer is worse than any other type of predatory financial behavior. It is way past due for JG Wentworth to be thoroughly investigated by the highest authority of law enforcement where not only the worst of the worst, Kristen DeSantis and Rebecca DiValerio, but others too deserve punishment to the full extent of the law for felonious financial crimes.

Going through JG Wentworth’s financial records would prove their malicious actions, where victims were not only negatively affected financially, but suffered deep emotional distress due to the fact that once they were tricked into signing an agreement that was not clearly explained to them, they realized that their money was gone for good.

The other victims who have suffered through emotional issues where they felt very strong guilty feelings are many current and former employees who were forced to participate in these multiple scams. They felt terribly uncomfortable and there is no doubt that a large percentage would gladly testify. It disgusted them for being put in a position where they had no choice but to carry out these acts of depravity or else be threatened with termination after they were misled (or a better way of putting it was that they were lied to about the parameters of the role they accepted).

JG Wentworth loves to emphasize their employee at will policy towards everyone, so many employees were afraid to speak up. JG Wentworth doesn't want employees giving any feedback about anything and if they dare complain about anything whatsoever, they are as good as gone. So especially during times of uncertainty recently with the pandemic where many employees feared being out of work for extended periods and were going through financial difficulties of their own where they could ill afford losing out on a steady paycheck for any length of time, they were put in a dreadful position where they had to choose between going against their morals vs. being rudely discarded from JG Wentworth without a source of income. JG Wentworth is an awful company where they have threatened and manipulated employees to post fake positive reviews online to hide the sordid truth of what they are really all about.
