Jila Kasraie A slumlord who stole my money, lied in court, falsified documents, illegally evicted me and is cruel to animals! Laguna Hills CA

Jila Kasraie, owner and landlord of 32 Aruba Street in Crystal Cay of Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 is most dishonest and spiteful thief of a landlord that you never want to encounter. And I repeat she is a thief! She stole my security deposit of $2300 and created false damages totaling over $7000. She illegally evicted me, presented me with a three day notice that would not stand in any court and did this because she wanted to increase the rent beyond what is lawful in the state of California. Thus, she had to get me out and get a new tenant in for which she could charge a whole new rate of rent. Worst of all she stole my security deposit and used it to make upgrades in her dirty run down old condo she was already overcharging for.

And I fairly  won my security deposit back in small claims court because even the judge could see right through her lies in court. However, Jila Kasraie could not have that, being the narcissistic sociopath that she is. She hired an attorney to appeal over a few hundred dollars! This is how vindictive and nasty this woman is. And the courtroom with her slimeball excuse for attorney was more like a good ole boys club. The judge did not even allow me to present my side and Jila being the con artist that she was  pretended that she did not speak English and needed an interpreter. For fear that she would give herself away again.

Jila Kasraie is a bigot and sent me text messages saying that I was lower than the scum on her maid's shoe. She and her equally shady fraud of a sister Jaleh Kasraie are two of the most malevolent money hungry crooks that you want to avoid at all costs. And worst thing about Jila Kasraie is that she is cruel to animals. That makes her the lowest of the low! And on top of that a slumlord. Nobody with any degree of class would ever let a new tenant move into the pigsty that her condo was when I first moved in. Old and dirty just like its owner. It was filthy, infested with ants and covered with trash from the former tenant. I left her property in a one hundred times better condition than how I found it. And she still stole my money. Half the appliances did not even work and she refused to repair anything.  She even lied again in her ad for the next tenant saying the same appliances that I had been using for a year were brand new!

I feel deeply sorry for the unfortunate victim who is renting from her now as no doubt they will be ripped off too by Jila Kasraie the slumlord from hell! I strongly advise anyone who does business with Jila Kasraie or her gnarly sister Jahel Kasraie of JJK Consulting to be careful. Do not rent from 32 Aruba Street in Laguna Niguel and avoid these people. They are nothing but a pair of  lowlife common thieves who do horrible things to animals.
