Jim Kyle of Bayonne NJ Paid him for a commission only to be scammed Bayonne New Jersey

Paid Jim Kyle a few hundred dollars for three commissions back in 2016.  I understand commissions take time so when he said he needed more time it did not bother me at first.  He inked the first one partially and showed it to me in 2017.  

I've been asking him for updates only to be told it's finished and then telling me he's still inkig it?  I have no idea what is going on with the other two.  He has actively ignored me from 2018 to january of 2020.  Only to finally respond caliming a scan would arrive the following week.  I have not receive a response from him the past ten months.  But the main problem is that Jim owes dozen upon dozen of people rtwork.  He's been collecting money and only doing a few of those commissions each time.

I do not know how many commission he still owes or how much he has conned from people.  But what he is doing is criminal.
