I sent an email asking for my monthly Subscription to be canceled on August 7, 2019. On August 11, 2019 I was billed again. On August 15 I send another email requesting that my subscription be canceled within 24 hours or that I would be coming to this website to post this complaint.

Today is August 19, 2019 and still no response. At sometime after my August 7, 2019 email I received a phone call from customer service at Jordan Belfort’s office trying to convince me to keep my subscription. I declined, but I am still being billed.

 I have still not received an email back in response to any of my communications. There is also no address or phone number anywhere online that I can find to contact him or his offices except for support@jordanbelfort.com with no response.

 I received a call today August 19, 2019 from support at Jordan Belfort’s office. When I requested a cancellation on August 7, 2019, I received a phone call from support to see if there was anything they could do to keep me as a customer. Since I work in a position that would not benefit from the coaching I declined.

The next day I received an email stating that my account had been closed. Not only had they cancelled my account as I requested, but they refunded my last monthly fee on August 9, 2019, two days after I requested the cancellation. The issue was that all the emails went to my junk mail.

So, not only had they cancelled the subscription as requested, but they went beyond what was expected and refunded my account the last payment I had made. Since ripoff report refuses to delete this complaint as per their terms of service, I hope this clears up any confusion.
