One of the most corrupt, belligerent, crooked judges in all of the United States is "judge" Karen Moskowitz. I write this Report not just as a civilian but also as a very successful corporate attorney who has represented many, many clients, over several years, in the court room of the dishonarable "judge" Karen Moskowitz.

Karen Moskowitz cannot be called a judge by anyone keeping a straight face. Even her own collegues are repulsed and disgusted by her and frequently state their disregard for her.

On the bench, she abuses her judicial powers by completely victimizing the very litigants who bring forth ample evidence and tangible justification for cause and she rewards the aggressors and perpetrators. Off the bench she, Karen Moskowitz is a filthy individual who abuses alcohol to extreme degrees, commits her own crimes (The irony!) and even preys on children (Yes, she preys upon Small, Disbaled children). She has frequent access to the small, disbaled children as she "volunteers" at a non-profit in her leisure time. This is her way of manipulating her way into the trust of unsuspecting families and gaining access to their children. Of course, she namedrops the names of very high-profile officials and other well-known public figures in order to mold the minds and decisions of even the most hesitant parents and families  in order to subsequently diddle their mentally challneged children for her own personal pleasures. This is a lowly, unconscionable, completely convoluted woman.

When in court, Karen Moskowitz is the epitome of failure, hatred, discrimination, personal bias, and unlawful judgements. She consistently refuses to follow the law. She continually renders judgements based upon her personal bias, whims, moods, the direction of the breeze on any particular day, and never upon the rules of the court or the law. Not only my own clients, but so very many other ltitigants both represented by attorneys and pro per, have suffered irreparable harm due to the unlawful decisions and judgements of "judge" Karen Moskowitz. In fact, one litigant was driven to suicide because of the damaging and unlawful judgement handed down by this wreck of a judicial officer.

One might wonder how or why she has managed not to be dismissed as a judicial offcier. Be assured it is not, not at all for lack of thousands of official complaints filed against her. Throughout the years there have been more than ample complaints submitted by litigants, attorneys, and even other judges against her. The issue remains that a deciding court holds discretion on these matters--And, unfortunately at present, the deciding court is in the pocket of this reprehensible individual named "judge" Karen Moskowitz. This is the way of he American system. Favors are exchanged, Deals are made. Even the most reprehnsible, unforgivable acts are swept under the rug with a mere slap on the wrist. However, at some point, with enough prodding, even the most corrupt officials can be brought to justice. At the very least, this specific individual, named "judge" Karen Moskowitz is being publicly exposed for her more than numerous, more than plnetiful acts of harm and trauma upon unsuspecting families and their helpless children and against the litigants and attornsy who she has spent too many years rendering illegal decisions against. Karen Moskowitz does NOT deserve the title of judge. I'm an attorney & even I cannot respect this sociopath in any way. Yesterday my client had 2 hearings before her. When my client submitted her 170.6 Challenge in a timely manner, Moskowitz denied & dismissed it instantly. Moskowitz then went on to deny my client's restraining order against a man who had been stalking & harassing her for months despite her video &photographic evidence & verified documentation & the fact that she had more thanmet her burden of proof. When the man's turn came to lodge UNSUBSTANTIATED accusations at my client, Moskowitz gave him free reign. In conclusion, she ruled against my client to the point of literally insulting her & even threatening her & leaving her in shreds. Karen Moskowitz is among the most unprofessional, undignified, ill-qualified judicial officers I & thousands of others have ever experienced. MOskowitz blatantly sides with perpetrators, molesters, abusers. She is a female however she rules against female victims & favors male assaulters. I urge any litigant, party, attorney to submit a 170.6 Challenge the instant you discover she's assigned to your case. If not, definitely appeal her ruling, file a complaint against her. Judge is one of the worst in the country. She does not care if you have evidence. She doesn’t care about women’s rights. If you are a woman and you get this judge please cancel and ask for a different judge. She’s obviously annoyed with her job she doesn’t care about helping anyone. She is biased, makes her mind up before the hearings. She refuses evidence such as videos to be played. Refused to hear claims of perjury. It has gotten so bad that the local police were suddenly dealing with an influx of perjury claims reports from her courtroom that their superiors had to tell the DA office to stop telling people they must file a police report first since they can go straight to the DA office but they were trying to pass the buck. It’s crazy, I had proof I wasn’t even in town during the claims of harassment and it didn’t matter. She is truly evil. She also is an extreme leftists and looks up info on litigants beforehand so lock down your socials or even better becoming a flamboyant leftist. She is also swayed by money like who could afford to hire a big law firm and have multiple lawyers working a case. Terrible judge. She wont listen to any evidence despite documents of texts, emails witnessess, police reports and testimony. She is too incompetent and aware of anything. She is an awful judge and drove a client to suicide because she allowed hearsay evidence in, allowed my client to be rail raided. Refused to give time for a supeona to come back to prove the other party committed perjury. Utterly destroyed an innocent woman’s life, she miscarried due to the stress in the middle of the hearing. [redacted] judge who literally and I quote from the records “I make the rules in my courtroom. Hearsay is allowed in my courtroom” of course that hearsay was only allowed for the opposing side. She blocked all evidence, gave us unequal time, would make jokes with the other side. Found out later she was connected to the other side and she should have recused herself but didn’t. To me she is a murderer.   The foregoing complaints were and are posted by both litigants and even attorneys. It is not surprising for people to dislike judges-Afterall, judges must make difficult decisions. However, Karen Moskowitz is not just a "judge" who is tasked with making decisions. Karen Moskowitz is fraudster, and an unindicted criminal, she consistently ignores the law in favor of making the most harmful decisions based upon her own deceit, personal hatred, and defiance of that which governs all judicial officers in a court of law. And she does it all with malice and ill intent. No one has a shred of respect for this repulsive woman. Worse than all of that, Karen Moskowitz is a lowly drunk and a closet child predator. She is reviled by everyone, even her own collegues, other attorneys, and yes, her own family. To be reviled by the world over says a lot, an awful lot about an individual. This woman, long after she has retired and even long after her death, will be a figure synonymous with failure, mockery, lack of respect, and a figure of disgust.
