Peery have initiated action in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa, Case No. CV2022-000049 due to allegedly false statements made by anonanon, author of General Comment #1 to Ripoff Report #1086697.

In the Action, the Plaintiffs seek to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to RM Warner, PLC, at: 8283 N. Hayden Road, #229, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.  Plaintiff has served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity.
