She claims to run a veteran run business, yet took orders for hundreds of custom coffee tumblers for military members (and payment for them), then sent excuse after excuse why they aren't done. Then she changed the name of her business, won't respond to any inquiries about orders, and won't issue refunds. She sent promises of tumblers in work for long enough to string buyers along beyond the ability to dispute the charges.
