KC Used Car Emporium Committed fraud through a yo yo financing scam Merriam, KS Kansas

I went to KC Used Car Emporium to look for a car to buy to drive to a job. After test driving a few vehicles, they convinced me to purchase a certain one. I filled out the paperwork, gave them all the information they needed, and since it was late, I went home to wait for them to call back, which was after that weekend.

I was told I was approved, and to come pick up my car. I had possession of the car, the key, and a temporary tag, as well as all the paperwork. Not even quite two days later, I got a call to return the car, because the lender decided to back out, even after being approved. I ended up returning the car, I secretly recorded them, because I knew they were going to lie, should I report them.

I was a victim of a yo yo financing scam, and they never denied I was, when I stated I never thought I'd fall victim to that scheme, and it's all recorded. They tried to bullshit me with a charge order to send to my local bank, and guaranteed it would go through. It was recorded too. I knew better than to believe them.

I contacted the district attorney's office, and of course, they lied to them too, and acted like I didn't give them all the information, and didn't know the situation. I gave them everything they requested, and they said they could push it through. Of course, the worthless district attorney advised to get a private attorney.

I'm searching for legal counsel at the moment. KC Used Car Emporium's scam and dishonesty cost me one of my jobs, they repeatedly ran my credit to the ground. Please don't come to them fir a vehicle, because they'll lie to you, get you approved, and pull the rug from under you, after you're approved, and have possession of the vehicle. Makes you wonder how many more people they victimized.
