  The only positive things I have to say about Keri Ann Catoe is that she offers that $10.00 express invoice feature, and she has Facebook for her CSPs. My advice; choose an LLC that doesn't charge all those d**n fees and has compassion for their CSPs. Either become your own IBO through Arise.com or find an IBO (Independent Business Owner) that doesn't charge so much in fees.

Frankly, I should have looked up the reviews before signing the contract with Girl City. I learned my lesson. For anyone who comes across my review, the pay sucks, and you will endure technical outages individually and systematically with some of Arise's clients.

If you sign up with her, and you sign a contract to take calls under her company, you will have to pay her to be released from the contract (Statement of Work); if you choose not to terminate your contract and continue taking calls under her call center, you will owe her $398.00, and if you don't pay her, she will report you to the credit bureau. It's in her contract.

Avoid this greedy a*s woman and her "company" at all costs. If you have an LLC, cut out the middle man, and become your own IBO or find a different company that will allow you to choose your hours and yes, they do exist. There are compassionate non-greedy IBOs who exist, too.

Too many people are trying to make ends meet and support their families. Sadly, unethical and questionable, money-hungry predatory IBOs and technical setbacks by some of Arise's clients have tainted the image of Arise, and people still question its legitimacy for these reasons.

Let my review be a cautionary tale to you; otherwise, join her call center at your own risk.  Also, she lists her company as being BBB accredited. That's a lie. Her business is NOT accredited. Again, associate with her at your own risk.
