As a concerned parent, I am appalled by the recent failure of your app. It has been a week since Kidoz TV stopped working on my child's Misa Robot, and your customer support team has been unresponsive to my messages and emails! This is unacceptable!
I rely on Kidoz TV to provide safe video content for my child's Misa Robot. But the lack of communication and support from your team is outrageous! My child is left without their favorite shows, and I am left dealing with the inconvenience.
Kidoz TV, you need to step up and fix this issue IMMEDIATELY! I demand prompt action to restore the functionality of your app and provide an update on the situation. Your lack of service and communication is unacceptable!
As a loyal user of Kidoz TV, I have always trusted your app to provide a safe digital experience for my child. But your recent failures have shattered that trust. I demand better, and I expect a prompt resolution to this matter!
