Kinetic By Windstream Received my Feb 2023 bill which is now over $100 Kannapolis, Charlotte NC

My Feb Windstream bill is now 101.64 after slowing increasing  from $87 up to $97.37 and now $101.64.    When Windstream first bought out Concord Telephone (and I really wish they hadn't since Concord Telephone was such a wonderful company owned and operated by local family) but here we are........they offered a bundle for internet of $49.99 for life.   I took that so of course my internet could never be increased so what has Windstream done?   Slowly they have found "new" taxes to add on to my bill at various times and now, I have  $45.66 of nothing but taxes along with $4.27 of new taxes added. 

My Windstream bill is nothing but taxes -

            access recovery charge               2.50 (again, what is that?)

            911 service fee                               .65

            federal universal service fee       2.93  (I have 2 of these) 

            SPCL srchrg telecom relay            .08

            Paper bill charge                         2.00  (was $1.00)

            deregulated admin fee               2.00  ( what is this) 

Taxes:   federal                                           .36

            state sales tax                                .38

             state utility                                  2.45 (what?)

             county tax                                   .18  (seriously) 

surcharges interstate service                  9.99   (really?)

              federal universal service           3.43 (I'm already paying this - see above) 

 Taxes:   (MORE?) state utility                  1.22 (again, already paying a utility tax) 

seriously, what gives with all the repetitive taxes  and now adding additional taxes.  When is it going to stop?  Is this really necessary?   Doubtful.     Why is there repetitive taxes.   I don't recall being told or asked about all this.   It isn't just this bill, it's becoming all of my bills.
