This company is a SCAM Rip off. They get subcontractors to do their side jobs, not letting the clients know and cheating them by NOT paying their workers and Sub contactors. This guy is a cheat and does not care about his clients safety, job, or workers. HE LEAVES HIS WORKERS and is ever around or does not show up. I would stay away from this company and owner King David Perez .
