I purchased a seat custom and now using it now and it is very good as indicated on the site.  What I got also was four back cushions for an additional $70 Plus. I remember only wanting the seat and never adding the back the four custom came with an additional charge on my credit card. 

I Like one and contact them to return the other three which I don't need. I followed their instruction in returning the other three for the refund to my CC.  Contract and got replied.  This is what I got

The Product made be reasonably good. But if you don't like them. You screw they give you the run about returning the product and pay over $300+ to return it. To Europe.
