Krafft Service Corporation Krafft Pathetic incompetence, defective product installation and horrible customer service Alexandria Virginia

I feel compelled to share my utterly frustrating experience with Krafft Services and must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of incompetent service I have received.

To begin with, the installation process was an absolute nightmare. The technicians seemed ill-prepared and lacked the necessary expertise to handle the complexities of the job. Not only did they lie and deceive by installing a cheap thermostat instead of the agreed upon model, but even the subsequent visits also displayed a shocking lack of professionalism throughout the entire installation.

Furthermore, the quality of the equipment provided by Krafft Services was abysmal. The very same day, my heating system started malfunctioning and making loud whining noises. I have had to endure numerous chilly nights and uncomfortable days due to their subpar products. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a service that not only fails to meet expectations but falls far short of industry standards.

Customer service has been another source of frustration. When I attempted to address my concerns with the company, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. It was apparent that my satisfaction was not a priority for them. I felt like just another customer to be brushed aside once the sale was complete.

Their blatant disregard for honesty and integrity is unacceptable and has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Krafft  for their HVAC needs to think twice. The combination of incompetent installation, inferior products, unresponsive customer service, and hidden fees make them a company that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend to anyone. My experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I regret entrusting them with such an important aspect of my home comfort. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a heating and air conditioning provider that values its customers and takes pride in delivering quality service.
