Beware!
This guy represents he provides loans for business, real estate or equipment. He provides a very basic "application" via email, (gmail at that) he responds quickly and even provides a picure of himself and PA driver's license with request for a copy of borrower ID etc. (It's possible that the real Mr. Greenawalt has had his identity stolend by a frauster).
The extremely basic loan tems provided are the first sign it's false. Once agreed to the terms, which include a committment fee that he calls a "down payment", he immediately begins asking the borrower to send the funds to him via PayPal in order to recieve your loan funds "ASAP". This is before issuing any sort of loan committment, loan documents, proof of funds, collateral information request or anything a genuine lender would provide or be asking for. He repeatedly ask to send fund to him without any providing any documentation or him completing due diligence.
