We hired this guy to order and install new Sod. He came out took measurement and requested initial down payment for materials. We gave him a $4,180 bank cashier check. The guy stated the material would be delivered on a particular date and install will follow. Long story short after he received the check he never came back to start project and we never got SOD delivery. He keeps avoiding our phone calls and messages.
