Victoria a staff member, needs to be fired and jailed for abuse. She kept picking on an elderly lady, and telling her to remove all her belongings from her purse, and place in a gray container.

The lady had her credit cards attached to her clothes, and Victoria accused her of smuggling drugs, and made her stand outside for three hours, in the cold Sunday February 5th 2023 around 9 pm. 

The woman had to sleep in the men's dorm for one hour, then be awakened at 5 am to stand outside in the freezing cold until the main building opened at 6 am.
