Laserlanch they refused several time the return of item that I didn´t like

Hi there,

I ordered a 70 USD pair of shoes from their site to be delivered to Spain; the item arrived and it looked (and smelled) much worse than what I anticipated, so I asked them for the return address, to initiate the return procedure.

Despite my repeat attempts to persuade them, they offered me to keep the shoes and pay me back 6, and then 8 USD - and never offered the return address or the procedure. I even shared with them the European law protecting consumers with the 14 day return policy - NOTHING.

It is such a shame that a store like this exists to spoil the perception of other ecom entrepreneurs, who want to make a genuine, good business.

Please avoid this store at any cost!
