This company does not represent an honest glasses and lens provider to the vision concerns of the public. They represent themselves as the Lensabl company located in North Hollywood California. They have no relationship with this laboratory as ownership or on site public service representatives, as I personally have gone to this lab as shown on mailing labels provided by Lensabl.com and asked them if the website was part of the way they do business.

The receptionist Mandy, was clear that they were not in any way connected to Lensable.com and it is a separate company. Lensabl.com will not show proof of qualified opticians that work for them if you request that by email, although they represent that they do have them. If you ask Lensabl.com for proof of that fact, they will not provide it to you.

They only communicate through email and no other means. They have no mailing address or phone number that take complaints for Lensabl.com and ship packages to and from a separate lab in North Hollywood named Lensabl, representing that you are shipping directly to Lensabl.com on their mailing labels.

They have a no refund policy printed on sales receipts or invoices but upon request by email after the payment is final that a refund policy is placed in their website and they will not refund your money when requested. They will not answer questions related to technical optical lens questions as I have asked twice about coating dark lenses on one side rather than two sides to improve vision with no email reply or answer.

Lensabl.com does not provide sales receipts or invoices to their customers other than a long colorful email receipt that does not list their policies of refunds. Alex (referred to as an optician by Lensable.com) stated in an email  “Lensabl.com is a remote company and does not maintain an office at the lab they use to fulfill orders, which is a separate company.”

Alex from lensabl.com who represents himself as an optician also recommends that a consumer should seek eye measurements from their optometrist to confirm all measurements that they originally say they can provide in relation to complaints or requests for the service mistakes they provide. It is clear that they use misbranding and deceptive practices in service offerings to the consumer.

Tax law for California: 225.0115 Sales to the General Public. Sales of ophthalmic materials to the general public by manufacturers of such materials are retail sales subject to tax on the full amount charged. Transfers to patients are exempt only when made by a licensed optometrist, physician and surgeon or a registered dispensing optician. Do not trust this website.
