Lief Johnson Ford Superstore Ben White Do not trust them..... Austin Texas

Lief Johnson is the worst dealership ever. I have purchsed many cars and have worked at a delaership before so I know that they are in it to make as much money as possible and I understand that. 

What I dont agree with is:

Selling me a vehicle that failed an inspection. The inspection was done at Lief Jonson so they cannot claim they did not know. 

Thier deceptive practice of adding charges on to the contract that we agreed would be at no charge. They also added an incorrect warranty, which unfortunately we did no catch at signing (didnt help that we had already been there for 5 1/2 hours). I told the salesperson that I wanted the standard warranty with the $100 deductible (I have this one on all our vehicles). The warranty that they gave me was an optional warranty and would require me to take my vehicle back to them for repairs at $100 or I would have to pay $200 if I took it somewhere else.

I live more than an hour away, I dont know anyone in their right mind that would choose a warranty to where they would have to drive more than an hour away to get thier car serviced or pay an extra $100.  Not to mention finding a ride to drop it off and pick it up.

I tried contacting them and after about 30 emails and calls I was getting nowhere so I left a review on another website. I was contacted by one of the GM's and he said he would have it corrected and in return he asked me to delete my review. I was assured it was corrected so I deleted my review. Big mistake, it was never resolved all they did was take the optional part off and gave me a standard $200 deductible. The brochure I have from Ford Protect does not even offer a standard $200 deductible. 

Ford Protect is no better, allowing dealers to make up deductibles that they do not even offer. Lief Johnson is shady and unprofessional. They obviously do not care about return customers or reccomendations.
