Lights Plumbing & Drain Cleaning LLC Incorrectly diagnosed the issues and fraudulently charged me for work that wasn’t done. Lynchburg Virginia

Jason and his guys came and out and "fixed” the issue and left in less than an hour... stupid me for trusting and believing him. He told me that my main line was clogged but they also notice an issue with a drain being straight where it should be angled (quoted $800-$900) but should be fine until we could fix that....$499.

He said he cleared the main line clog & less than 24 hours later the original issue returned so I called Jason. Instead of owning up to not fixing the issue he blamed it on the other issue he said he found, not even offering to come check anything out until Monday, if he could work me in, later retracting his offer since I didn’t want to wait the whole weekend for it to be fixed.

Furthermore, I asked him if I wrote a check would he wait until Monday to cash it and he agreed, yet he cashed the check Saturday instead of waiting like he agreed not giving my deposit time to clear overdrawing my account.... So since they didn’t fix & incorrectly diagnosed the issue I had to have another plumber come find the issue which was simply we needed our septic tank emptied.

These plumbers also confirmed my main line was in fact not at all cleaned which was why it backed up in less than a day & there was no "bellying” in our lines like Jason states. Now, over $1000 later it’s fixed but I’m still out a lot of money when it should have been $325 fix from the beginning
