Little Rock police Did not perform an appropriate investigation Littlerock Arkansad

I am currently a graduate and what I found out about law enforcement and investigations this police officer on this case did not do it. He wanted to force me to come back to a town I was not from with a broken ankle he told me to come back to the town and I tell him I don't have a way back so I guess I got to let it go. All that case I said I wanted to press charges but he pushed me so hard to where I couldn't press charges he's letting it go he's forcing me to let go of a case of a broken ankle and 12 years of my life stolen from me. I won't revenge on this town who gets away with criminal activity they are the top criminal towns and the United States.
