I placed an order for a trisuit kit back in September 2022, intending to wear it for a race in October of the same year. However, despite the considerable amount of time that has passed (today being June 2023), the company has consistently failed to deliver anything from my order. Each time I inquire about the delays, I receive different explanations ranging from problems with their system to issues with management. They have even claimed that the package was shipped but subsequently lost by the shipping company, although I was never provided with a tracking number. It seems that every time I contact them, they either assure me that my items are ready for shipment or promise to remake the order (even though it was never shipped in the first place). In the latest instance, they instructed me to register on another website (triathlonkits.com) to supposedly expedite the shipping process. It's a never-ending cycle of inconsistent stories.

Despite my frustration, I attempted to cancel my order, but the company adamantly insists that it's impossible due to their claim of having already produced the suit. I paid a total of $550+ for this order, including $125 specifically for an expedited shipping service.

Upon conducting research online, I discovered that many other customers have experienced the same issue of unfulfilled orders with this company. Their accounts mirror my own, further fueling my suspicion that this entire operation may be a scam. I'm left wondering if they even send out the clothing articles at all or if it's just an elaborate ruse.
