Absolutely an in compassionate & hack of a company! They cost me 3000 dollars in water damage! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were given my service call they a warranty company! They came charged me money , DIDNT FOX ANYTHING, I HAD A WATER HEATER INDER WARRANTY ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REPLACE THE WATER HEATER.
instead they charged me put the water heatter back together it exploded less than 48 hours caused 3-4K dollars in watts damage ! They can back charged me AGAIN! Then swapped out the water heater when that’s all they had to do in the first place! Then the owner WENT GHOST & stopped taking my phone calls when I called to asK for help with deductible!
Terrible company! Go somewhere else! THEY ARE HACKS!
