Luca Castellini of Verged | Verged.io Sociopath poser, rental scammer, con artist, aggressive

Luca Castellini is very well spoken and written. But be careful, he is a seasoned con-artist. I live with this man for 3 months and it was like living in hell. First, he lied to be about the true cost of the rent. Stating the rent was $4,000 and in reality after speaking to the homeowner it’s $2000/m. I was paying for all the rent and his bum self to live for free. Also, he never even cared to take care of the place. Never washed a dish, never took out the trash.

He didn’t own a single piece of furniture and had a mattress on the floor he would sleep on. Yet his profession and coaching people to get rich and make more money???!! He told me he had just moved in and was looking for Cool Roomate’s to help with the bills. Finally, it was a scam he had been there 8 months prior! We agreed verbally when I moved in the pool service was included in the rent. Months go on never cleaned once I started to pay for it and found someone on my own to help. $100/m for weekly visits. I deducted half from my rent and he threw a fit and said "I was going to do it” 3 months of living there id ask him for a key, never gave me one. I would buy all these nice furniture for the home, and he would take pictures of them to boost the value of an Airbnb listing he rent out the spare bedroom.

After I found out I was paying for the entire rent two months, not seeing anything from the Airbnb listing, I decided I would give him less. He got aggressive threatened to frame me and throw all my things out and demanded our contract be fulfilled that was under false pretense. Another oddity. Take a look on his Facebook he uses another males picture like a catfish! Now. let’s talk about verge. A novice and desperate internet user is his prey.

He sells marketing services and get rich quick life coaching. One could do a back link search on verged.io and see that no one, on the internet had ever mentioned/citied/tweeted his domain. Yet his contains word copy and use of logos of CNN, Forbes, etc. "as mentioned.” He frames himself to be great yet is a nobody. He admitted to me, he has his friends make testimonials for his business posing as customers in return for the same. Luca constantly refers to himself as a god and great looking. Ironically, he has an odor and very yellow teeth. The part that really set me off, is he would have pool cleaners and labors come by the house we rented (before I moved in) to do work such as pool cleaning , landscaping, and cleaning.

All of old age and independent workers. He would churn and burn them. Several of these people would come by knocking asking for their work to be paid for prior to my move in. He’d never answer and I would. Small sums such as 100-300 invoices. They would show me texts he blatantly ignore. Sweet older people all over 60+ the vulnerable type he knew he could trick. When I knocked on his door he lock himself in his room and say he’s busy. He’s a real piece of s**t. He even tried to ask me for $27,000 to do marketing for my business. I laughed in his face. He’s a Gypsy. Man needs serious mental help. He’s savvy with words but cannot be trusted with $1
