DO NOT HIRE MAMBA Repairs Inc!
Located 84 west end ave Inwood NY
$750 worth of a personal item was stolen from my house after they were hired for a plumbing job. No one was in the house before or after. They worked in the back of the house unsupervised and the stolen item was in a cabinet in the adjacent room.
I confronted Chris and Klisman about the issue and they could not have been less cooperative. They denied all wrongdoing. I told them I was willing to pay $480 for a lie detector test regardless of the outcome and I would pay them $200 an hour for their time if they were proven innocent. They did not return my calls or txt messages and were clearly avoiding the issue. If someone accused me of theft and I was innocent I would do anything to clear my reputation. I gave them several weeks to take the test and they never took my offer. Their actions have revealed my suspicion.
I feel it is my responsibility to warn other customers that this company has no integrity and did absolutely nothing to make a wrong right.
Do not hire Mamba Repairs Inc. Not good guys.
