Marhaba, Dubai, Airport Emirates Skywards Merhaba charged an extra $350 for my luggage but it was paid by Trip.com Crystal River Florida

I bought round trip tickets online from Trip.com on January 9th to travel to another country. I paid $2373.40. On the way back to Dubai Emirates EK134, we waited about an hour for the bus to reach the desired terminal. I asked security where my luggage was, they said I could get it in Frankfurt but when I went to get my ticket the woman told me to go to another window first. And this woman from Marhabi told me that I have to pay 350 dollars?? I said I needed to talk to my husband but she said I didn't have time, only 15 minutes and after I started looking for my credit card she said I had 2 minutes. I didn't want to stay in Dubai and I think her colleagues helped her find answers to all her questions. I asked her name, she didn't tell me just the name of the company. I was shaking and frustrated because I had never met such rude people at an airport. It is obvious to everyone that a person pays all the money for his trip, why do people from Dubai do this? Is this a Muslim rule? To get some money if someone from any airport makes a mistake?? I went to pay in cash and ran to my line. It was DXB Dubai International Airport T3, departure at 23.15, but the actual departure is at 2.28 am, I have a photo. I went to my gate, and everyone was still waiting at the flight, and I also went to that place, we waited for more than an hour. Even when we were all at the airport and waiting, I believe that people who work on an airport should help people, not offend them. I notice more people paying cash and creating a queue behind me, I just assume they got robbed too. No respect there. They didn't respect the airport where they work, they didn't respect themselves, they didn't respect their clients, what then is their value. 

This appendage should not exist in any airport. Shame at you MARHABA.

I'll be happy to go to the lowyer  to take back my money back and more , they made me nervous.
