Marine Credit Union In 2013 I recieved a Home mortgage through Marine Credit Union.Onalaska Wisconsin

 They had an office in Suamico Wis at that time. I set up an escrow account with them also. I paid extra each month which went into escrow to pay the property taxes and home insur. each yr. They cut a check out in Dec to pay those. In Dec 2022 I recieved a letter from my home insurance saying it wasn't paid and they were going to drop me. I called Marine and asked why it hadn't been paid. The lady told me that my loan amount I owed was getting so small that they raided my escrow acc. and paid the loan off early. I was never notified or asked about any of it. She said it was reflected in my Nov. statement. It does not show that in my statement. It shows the loan paid an an escrow amount around 1800. They did not send me a letter saying the loan was satisfied and the lien off my title. I called Bay Title Com. and they hadn't recieved any thing either. So this means they never paid my property taxes for 2022 either. It is now to late for me to pay the taxes and be able to claim on my tax forms. I have no documentation of what they took and what was paid. I stooped all electronic deposits into that account and closed down my accounts there. When I called to complain the lady said she'd bring it up in a meeting on Monday.

Marine Credit Union stold my escrow account and paid my mortgage off early. They did not notify me they did this. I did not give my permission to use my escrow acc. for anything but paying my property tax and home insurance. They sent me no record of  what they did and what they paid. They did not send me a letter saying my loan is satisfied and lien off of my title. I called Bay Title Com in Oconto Wi and they did not recieve anything either.
