Marshall presents himself as a buyer and seller of used equipment, primarily for the printing and direct mail business. We purchased a used tabber from Marshall, and he did not ship the product. It has been 4 months since we paid for this product, and Marshall keeps making excuses for why he did not send it yet. He continues to say he will send it and provide us tracking numbers, but he does not follow through. We also asked for a refund, which he has refused to provide. I am trying to warn anyone else who may try and buy or sell products to Marshall. It is not worth it.
