Masonzing Misled by the website on a purchase, received a product not like the photo. Was denied a refund based on my dissatisfaction of not receiving what I ordered. Hamilton Ohio

I ordered a Nike Stussy T-shirt from the online store.  The photo showed that it was Nike brand, and was the same shirt that Nike had offered on their site.  There was no information on the site to indicate that the T-shirt i would receive would be anything other than a Nike T-shirt,  and there was no information indicating that the shirt would not be like the picture on the site. the shirt received was not the same as the photo.  The screening on the shirt was much larger than expected, and the brand name of the shirt was Gildan.  This T-shirt can be purchased wholesale for less than $2.  Clearly not the Nike brand T-shirt I was expecting to receive.

I reached out to ask about the refund policy and was told I could not return the shirt because of the type of my complaint.  They indicated that they sell products based on design, so no refund was available.  No where on the site does it explain that they are selling replicas of brand name shirts or clothing.  The picture shown clearly shows a Nike product and the name of the product is  Nike X Stussy International T shirt.

I believe the website is falsely advertising the merchandise they are selling and it is not best business practice.  I felt it necessary to report them before others were misled by the way they represent the products they distribute.
