Mastertronics.inc Mastertronics.com Mastertronics Newegg Stole 500 dollars Fort worth TX

On 1 Feb 2022 I placed an order for an MSI ventus TRIO NVIDIA RTX 3060 graphics card. I then immediately changed my mind and requested to cancel the order as it had not been paid for yet. Mind you, this is not an auction item it was a "buy it now" item. After waiting a few minutes I get a notification that the cancellation had been declined because the seller (mastertronics.inc) had "shipped" the item. What mastertronics did is they quickly printed a shipping label to nullify the cancellation and to also charge the 920. The item was not shipped at this point.

I contacted mastertronics to which they replied that they would contact the shipping department to which they probably didn't. They also assured me if cancellation wasn't possible to return the item for a refund. No big deal, I'll just return the item.

So here we are two weeks later, i returned the package without opening it. Didn't even touch the main box. Mind you i paid a total of $920 dollars after taxes which is a total ripoff for an RTX 3060. You can guess what the seller did, they claimed that the item I returned was damaged and only refunded 460 dollars. If an item is "damaged" why would they do a partial refund if it was actually" damaged".

Wouldn't they just return it to me?. But there is more, i contacted the seller which they make excuses and say they are contacting the shipping department regarding the matter. I never opened the box, i never took the tape off i simply returned it and got scammed.

Somehow they got eBay to take down my negative feedback and magically the same RTX 3060 LHR Ventus Trio went back on sell immediately for upwards of 800 dollars. So in conclusion, I have no graphics card and I'm short 460 dollars. They are liars and can't be trusted. Just check out their Newegg storefront reviews.
