BEWARE OF MC Custom Homes, AKA Michael Tramel Jr Sadler Committed Fraud $13,515.00. Lancaster, texas

1. We advanced MC Custom Homes from the job trust account first for $1,500.00 per your request saying you needed to pay for framers to work with you and this never transpired at all as you know, in fact we sent you a DFW helper for many days due to you never had any qualified and or help as required for this project. 

2. March 3rd you requested anther payment from the job trust account of $1000.00 saying you were bringing in a special shoring and frame crew to get the job moving forward on March 7th then you claimed to have Covid 19 on this day with no test results sent to us per our request. You then said you had to quarantine for 7 days in which we understood and rightfully so and now the job just sits due to we have a contract with you.

3. March 13th  you said you tested positive again, so we waited until you are well and test negative and the job is on hold again. March 16th  you said you tested negative and will resume work on the site March 18th  and request that we buy $1,000.00 more worth of lumber for you.

4. March 18th,  we went to work site to check on the job progress at 1 pm no one working and you are not returning phone calls, messages etc. Appears that you have blocked our phone numbers.

5. At this point it’s quite oblivious that you have been stringing us long due to the prior payment advances that we paid to you above in good faith and beyond the agreement. You have done very little work for few weeks then you had promised that you had this special crew for $1000.00 advance, which we paid quickly in order to minimize any further delays to owners project.

A. You removed and trashed stair railings that were not to be removed:                      

B. You removed and trashed brand new carpet from stairs and landing:                            

C. Left the house exposed to the attic and many other areas:                                              

D. Advance payments from job trust account payments to MC Custom Homes:                                                     

E. Time to find and qualify a new framing co due to your job abandonment:            

F. We hired new company to fix and restart the whole job over due to your abandonment:    

Current loss’s owed to us as of today date but not limited to further damages and or any unknown further damages uncovered, not limited to civil damages. ($13,515.00)
