McCorkle Designs Incomplete order, excessive delay in delivery, poor quality product, service paid for not provided Cumming Georgia

We ordered a custom made conversion pool table ($3350 USD) and "White Glove Installation ($475 USD) in November 2019 for delivery to our house in Mexico in January 2020. We were assured by Tamara McCorkle that they had experience with international shipping and a January delivery was no problem. After many emails and excuses by McCorkle Designs the pool table was delivered on October 14, 2020. However what we received was an extremely poorly crafted bare bones pool table made from low quality components.

The ping top and accessories were not included as promised with the conversion table and the White Glove Installation was not provided. We had to assist in moving the table into the house which resulted in a back injury for myself and we had to pay to have the table assembled. During assembly it was obvious the pool table was of extremely poor quality and we made McCorkle aware of this immediately. They offered minor compensation for the missing ping pong top and missing accessories and no compensation for the lack of installation. This is by far the worst retail experience I have had in my life.

I consider McCorkle Designs actions to be unethical, unprofessional and fraudulant.  They hide behind a no refund policy and take no responsibily for their fraudulant billing and low quality product. We are left with a piece of garbage that we paid $4000 USD for and we will now have to pay to have it taken to the dump. Unfortunately we will also have to purchase a new pool table made for our house. This company does not deserve to be in business and it is my sincere hope that no one else has their hard earned money taken by McCorkle Designs
