  So i emailed them regarding on this issue and didn't get any response after 48 hours! They denied my submission due to st*pid reasons and their admin is so ignorant! 

 THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THEY REMOVED MY SUPPORT TICKET FOR NO REASON:

So what is the reason why they removed my support ticket? They are scared and didn't want to resolve this issue? Right? So i don't recommended this website and don't use this website is you are a grown up gamer! I'm also sorry for those people who got trapped by this ISRAELIAN SCUMBAG WEBSITE even they read about negative feedback about them!
