Meineke center #266 Did not follow procedure written on website Joliet Illinois

I made an appointment based on information printed on their website which stated that part of all oil changes is a complete tire rotation. After they had started my oil change I asked the lady at the counter if they were going to do a free tire rotation for me. She said she did not know anything about that I said it is part of the  oil change description on the website she was too lazy to look at the web site she went to the shop. A man stuck his head in the door and said I was not due for a tire rotation until 30,000 miles this is incorrect information tire rotation is recommended every 3000 to 5000 miles. My tires were not rotated based on all recommendations including mfg. This location does not follow their website information and does not know the proper way to follow mfg recommendations.
