We, AnA Leasing Group, inc brought our trailer for brake service and a regular check up in December 2022. Merx Truck and Trailer Repair found out that there were bad calipers, rotors, and pads on our trailer. They replaced all of them and they charged us 7230.44 $. In April 2023 We had a problem with the same trailer 1001 and the same problem again in Louisiana.. We called the Merx manager Filip and addressed him the problem with the brakes on a axle. By the pictures and the mechanic shop Merx did not install the brakes properly. Filip , the shop manager of Merx promised that He would take care of the repair bill and We would be reimburesed for it and promised a check for that amount. We were charged $3547.12 by Interstate Diesel shop in Rayne , LA. We send the receipt to Filip. He kept lying us to pay us back.
In May 2023, We took the same trailer to an other shop for the complete inspection. They found one bad caliper, a bad rotor , pads and so on , We were charged for the same work what Merx Truck and Trailer did at the amount of $ 3179.58 by Giss Truck Repair shop.
We had to hire an attorney for this case. Merx refused to pay us anything regarding these repairs due to their bad installation and their bad parts they had installed. We ended with a lawsuit against them.
I don't recommend Merx Truck and Trailer Repair shop from Melrose Park, IL to any CDL driver or any Owner Operator. They will keep charging you for the same thing over and over.
Their Google reviews are Fake because they are controlled by the owner. They controll 1 Star Reviews. If your leave 1 star review , you will be able to see it but OTHERS NO. They are SCAMMERS.
