MetroPCS I have a Long Island phone but they have my cell phone tower in California. What the Hell is going on,

My speech text system doesn't work I guess they speak Chinese in California? My phone's don't connect any phone calls. It takes me 20 minutes to connect when making a call which is totally unacceptable. I called metro PCS to switch my cell phone tower to Competent cell phone coward that actually works like the ones that do not in California. My phone numbers is from Long Island New York and they keep connecting me to California cell tower in which the Service does not work. It takes me 25 minutes to connect to a phone call because it has to travel all the way from Long Island New York to California before the call Even connects? What the Hell is wrong with metro PCS? that they do not give your cell phone tower in the area that your phone number is from? Metro PCS  switched my cell phone tower 3 times And metro PCS stated that my cell tower Is now on Long Island? But it is still in California,  so they outright lie to you and They just take your money and they do not  give you service that you paid for.
