The other is newer, Bluebell Systems Inc. is a business entity registered with the State of Iowa, Secretary of State. The corporation number is #587728. The business address is 4978 Fir Ave, Irenton, IA 51027. The corporation type is FOREIGN PROFIT.

Me and this company through Michael Johnson began to do business a few years ago. Michael Johnson defrauded over 30 banks and over 40 lending instituions during this time to provide him loans. Some of this capital was invested with me and with his knowledge became a long term investment.

Michael Johnson lied about how many employees he had, committed EDD fraud, never paid back companies, and then attempted to blame me for his problems and transgressions. He understood my investment became long term with him, yet all the capital he stole he blamed this upon me. This individual is an extortionist, a serial harraser and a violent individual. As per his previous Domestic Violence convictions against his ex wife. He is a drug user, and the scope of his company is delivery of meats (basically pig farming) to grocery stores for profit. He has a criminal record much greater than mine, and a record of abusing people verbally, and women through Domestic Violence. His word means nothing.

Through my lawyer, we contacted Michael Johnson and Andrew Johnson through the application Telegram, in which we started slow and then got into some very serious issues. One including Michael Johnson and Andrew Johnson being able to transport drugs from Iowa or other hubs to Chicago or other areas for a fee. This scumbag cannot conceal we have his phone numbers associated with these conversations. We are using this information to prove that Mr. Jonhson is a scam, fraud, and a person who cannot be trusted.

Veridian CU out of Polk City, IA 50226 has a current SBA loan non-repaid for $20,000+ with Mr. Johnson. This does not include the $1,500,000.00 he took from financial instutitions for business loans where he lied about employees, tax returns and capital he raised.

These two scum bags, will be taken down with a vengence by me. Instead of amicably resolving a problem I had with this individual, he has threatened my life and livelihood and my families and destroyed many important things.

These two individuals agreed to transport large quatities of drugs for certain fees and we have the evidence to prove it.
