I was told they needed time to work out financing so they wanted to rent from me for a couple of months. There was a rental agreement for two months until financing was completed. 

They sporadically paid for a couple months then nothing for over a year.  In the middle of the pandemic the Washington State Governor, Jay Inslee put a moritorium on evictions so it was over a year they just sat in my house, not paying rent.  Over $18,000 was owed to me and I settled on a small claims judgement of $10,000 to just be done with the situation. 

The home was sold in the meantime and I was able to move on.  After three times going back to court trying to get them to pay their $10,000 judgement, I'm still trying to collect the additional $8,0000 from one year ago, April 2021.  After reading many reviews here on the Waddington's they are absolute SCAM ARTISTS and have done this to many others.  DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE VERY VERSED IN REAL ESTATE SCAMS!
