Michelle Archuleta with Sprouts Lied to 911 dispatchers. Phoenix Arizona

Michelle Archuleta was acting extremely psychotic while working as a store manager late at the Sprouts located at 1625 E Glendale Ave in Phoenix.  

After getting cut off by a road rager in the parking lot, I went about my shopping only to find that the road rager had followed me and my daughter into the store.  I asked the man to not follow me or I will have him charged with stalking.  That was the end of it.  

I then purchased my groceries and went to my car.  

Moments later, I caught Michelle taking pictures of my license plate in the parking lot as I was driving out.  After I stopped my car and parked it, I went inside to confront her about it and also take her picture, and she immediately shouts at the top of her lungs “get out, i’m calling the police.”  

The first time in my entire life seeing her, and it was seeing her taking pictures of my car through my tinted back windshield.  She didn’t know I caught her.  There was absolutely no interaction with her prior.  I do not know who this woman is, have never seen her before seeing her with a camera taking my picture.  

I decided to do a public records request for the 911 call she placed.  She told 911 dispatchers the following lies:

1. She stated I was threatening people with a gun.

2. She told the dispatcher she didn't know why I was waiting in the parking lot (obviously because she was calling the cops on me).

3. Made an insinuation that my daughter was in danger. 

4. She said I was taking pictures of her, but somehow failed to mention to dispatchers that she was taking pictures of me first. 

5. She stated I was harassing customers, when in fact I was being harassed prior by someone who followed me and my daughter into the store.  (I am a very confident and strong man who doesn’t back down to stalkers. My voice is also very deep and loud and lots of people are taken back by it.)
   
   

She did so in an attempt to elicit a large police response and get me arrested on bogus charges.

Allow me to put the cherry on top real quick, Michelle then directs a random customer to call 911 as well, and I also did a records request for that call.  The customer mentioned that Michelle asked her to call, and she wasn’t sure what exactly was going on.  She tried to get people to literally gang up on me. 

Cops showed up after 1.5 hours and informed her it is legal to take pictures in a grocery store.  They knew she was full of crap.  I wouldn’t expect too much more from a Sprouts worker who uses their phone while on the clock right in front of customers.  Michelle is lucky the cops didn’t arrest me on bogus charges, because it would have been a huge lawsuit.  Currently considering a false light lawsuit, not sure if it is worth it yet though.
