I want to say PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I would hate for anyone to go through what our family has had to as a result of this company's unscrupulous behaviors. Midwest restoration charged us for work they obviously knew they did not do. After going through a fire and losing so much, to have a company like this take advantage and take monies that would go to rebuilding your life by outright lying is heartless. They claimed to have removed things from our home that never existed in our home and charged us for the removal. They claimed to have provided services that were never provided. The degree and amount of fraudulent charges is staggering. I would hate to see any unsuspecting person trust this company during such a devastating event in their life. Believe me the last thing you need when you lose everything is someone pretending to be something they are not. They took so much funds from the insurance money that they told us there was so little left they would not manage the rebuild as there would not be enough money in it for what they need to make. They manipulated personal property claims after the fire and brought in subcontracted services that also behaved as unprofessionally and inappropriately as them. I am not speculating about what was or wasn't done, these things are blatant. I am simply stating fact. The gross amount of greed ended up with them having received at least 50% more money then they have coming. The stress and added work was not worth anything they did. They came in claiming that they would take care of everything and that I would have my home back better than before. They talk a good game but their business practices lack truth or transperacy. Additionally the company also needs to tell their workers that discussing your customers personal lives and information that you are privy to only becaus of of being employed by the customer is very unprofessional and lacks respect. Talk about adding insult to injury. Please stay away from this company. I reached out trying to get my money back. I cannot elaborate more as this case is now going into legal situation to get justice. I could claim even more but at the very least this company owes my family $57 655.00. 

The owner is an expert in self promotion. Please always investigate the awards and accolades they claim. Many of these are purchased or are awards based on a companies earnings which are gained through unscrupulous practices. Even your local chamber of commerce is a buy in. So do not be fooled.
