Mr.Mirvis ( Mirvis Tony ) was retained as legal counsel for a family law matter for a duration of six months; however, he neglected to undertake any course of action. As a result, I had to terminate his representation due to his failure to fulfil the commitments made to advance the case, including the non-filing of previously agreed-upon motions. Additionally, there have been legal actions initiated against him for comparable instances of professional misconduct. I suffered a financial loss of $6000.
