Miskatonic Books in Montana Compromised My Order and Cancelled it. Montana

A couple of weeks ago I ordered two books from Miskatonic Books (one of the books was pre-paid) which I was long waiting for. Larry (the owner) is the kind of person who complains to his customers about petty things ( I mentioned he could ship the books together when the pre-paid came in) he decided to mail out one of the books anyway,but complained to me about eating the shipping costs) I don't understand why, when I pay for those shipping costs when I order the books?  So a few days later he said the pre-paid Hekataeon books is arriving and I told him to wait until Monday so I could order another book and he can ship it together.  Larry AGREED!!!  Now the timing was a few days in between the shipment and communicating this.

I assumed he had plenty of units, as he never mentioned he was low in quantity. Monday is here which was literally two or three days later and it's out of stock!  He owns and runs this online books store, he could have said something or let me know, but he never did (it's like a man) disregarding details.    So frankly I got pissed, for the lack of consideration for me as a customer. I was clear with the communication and the ordering of the books, Larry agreed, but didn't bother to communicate to me about the other Hekate book.  OR STOP THINK TO HOLD ONE FOR ME TO THE SIDE...KNOWING I WANTED IT.

So he said he didn't like how I spoke to him, so he canceled the order altogether and returned all my money including the book I already paid for and complained now I got a "free book" from him. Uh I never asked you to do that. Yeah he whines about it but he knows he is guilty, otherwise why give away a free book! Because you fu*cked up my order?

So now it's my fault and I can no longer order books from his store, in addition to the New Hekataeon Book I had been waiting for
by Jack Gayle. 

IT'S GET BETTER, I decided to contact Jack Grayle and ask him, can I just purchase a book from him directly?  Because Larry compromised my order, I know Jack spoke to Larry. I can only imagine him whining like a bi*tch to Jack.   So Jack emails and says "oh when I get my books, I will see what I can do". Yeah right I've heard this bullsh*t before. He has NO intention of selling me anything!   I have proof that between Jack and Larry they have an exclusive agreement. (See the photo)

Larry is inconsiderate and Jack is no different if he is going to lie to me.  These books are being sold, but Jack claims he doesn't have his count yet, really he's only the author!  I would think he would his copies first, before anyone.

Let me just add how Larry's service to his customers is not what it should be. The other image shows a customers review, about the pre-paid book, which is supposed to have a black slipcover with it, this customer said he never got it with his order, he didn't care, but that is beside the point.   It's said in the description it comes with it, you're paying for that as a customer. If I pay for something I expect to get exactly what I buy and Larry I 'm sure when you buy things you expect the same. Not to be lied to or jerked around. These books are paper and ink, but those who write them put a lot of love into them, yet many occultists are really making a living these days out of rituals and books.  I expected Larry to make it right, not fu*ck me over considering how expensive these books are.
