Rashiel Salem only petitioned the court for guardianship of my father after she was tipped off from a social worker at KRMC that my father had a large estate and there wasn't anyone to handle his finances,knowing I had POA and HPOA.Rashiel Salem had started charging my fathers estate with that phone call from the hospital.She charged my father for her lawyer which is also her uncle and A Former MOHAVE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE,hired a lawyer who is also a former Mohave superior court judge for my father,charged for every little unnecessary so called service to my fathers estate.her assistant dawn parker was also payed out of my fathers estate for unnecessary so called services.she hid my father and placed him in a nursing home under the name john doe. my father died only 2months later after he was taken away from his home.She went against every single provision in his trust and had his will invalidated took me off of my fathers POD accounts,took me off of beneficiary of our home leaving my two daughters and I homeless and did the same to my brother.she had every document that was in my favor,but did not present them to the court. she has given the disinherited siblings partial payments from the trust after selling the properties and homes way under market value,staged pictures of our home after we were made to move out accusing me of vandalizing and destroying the house,she purposely with deceit ramsacked and trashed what we were forced to leave behind having it appear to be my actions.my family has lost everything. she has profited thousands of dollars from my father's estate that should of never happened acquiring guardianship and successor trustee by false accusations and abuse if her power and association with Mohave county superior Court.she did not Honor not one single wish if my father's estate plan.went against every request he had so carefully planned and had made up by a lawyer that rashiel Salem failed to contact to confirm the validity of his will and trust
