We know exactly who wrote this. Why would someone who never utilized our services, never employed our firm, and really knows nothing about what we do, write such a thing? Chris Thomas spoke with her at length and told her our firm would not take her case because it was not strong enough and we only take cases we are 99% sure will win. She offered to pay the retainer fee anyway. Mr. Thomas declined her offer and explained that our firm would not take a retainer fee from her as her case was marginal.

He further explained since her case was marginal, that we would not be able to refer her case to an attorney, as it would breach the trust we have built with our attorney referral network, as they know when we refer a case they are sure the case is solid and will most likely win. The women got incredibly angry and apparently decided to write something nasty for no reason. As far as an empty building….again, this person did not do any research whatsoever, as we just purchased this building in December of 2019, and that is the photo of the building when it was up for sale.
